I know what cheese I am going to start with - I have done some of my research - I just need to get the post up. But things have gotten in the way, namely other jobs/projects/life, etc.<br /><br />But I promise soon enough this former Cheesemonger will start to edify the masses one cheese at a time. I hope that you guys will let me know how you like the format - if you want more info, pix, or whatever. This isn't going to be a food blog with commentary on restaurants, or chefs or a cooking blog talking about great recipes and the latest in French cuisine - there are plenty of those blogs out there. I am working on several ideas to "Launch" this blog with some momentum. The main tool I am utilizing is going to be Twitter for sure - but I am trying to think of few other viral-type ideas as well. But they haven't all taken shape just yet.
