Slow start

Well obviously this has taken a long time to get started. I know what cheese I am going to start with - I have done some of my research - I just need to get the post up. But things have gotten in the way, namely other jobs/projects/life, etc.

But I promise soon enough this former Cheesemonger will start to edify the masses one cheese at a time. I hope that you guys will let me know how you like the format - if you want more info, pix, or whatever. This isn't going to be a food blog with commentary on restaurants, or chefs or a cooking blog talking about great recipes and the latest in French cuisine - there are plenty of those blogs out there. This will be the enjoyment, study, and commentary on cheese - one specific style and brand at a time, one week at a time.

So get ready it will be coming soon enough.
